Small Business Strategic Planning Lecture: Prepare Your Company To Survive The Recession

The lecture is designed to provide participants with insight into the importance of proactively planning in order to survive the recession, thrive during these tough economic times, and achieve long-term business success. Participants will learn the difference between a Business Plan and a Strategic Plan, as well as, the many benefits of having a realistic and attainable Strategic Plan for their company in today's turbulent times. They will also have the opportunity to get started on developing a Strategic Plan by establishing or re-evaluating the mission, vision, and values of their organization.

*** NOTE: This lecture is intended for business owners and senior managers who are directly involved in goal setting, long-term planning, and strategy implementation for their organization. All participants must be 18 years old or over to attend. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted. No prior registration is required but space is limited, so please plan to be on time in order to increase your chance of admission.
